IMPORTANT: This Application is designed for sports participation, community building, and AI-powered personalization. By using our Services, you consent to: (1) permanent retention of sports participation records to maintain community integrity; (2) use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze your data, personalize your experience, provide recommendations, and improve our Services; and (3) processing of your data for current and future features as described in this policy.

- Sports Profile Information: Sports preferences, skill levels, ratings (NTRP, ELO, RaliDex), playing style, dominant hand, availability, preferred positions, years of experience, competitive level
- Payment Information: Payment method details, billing address, transaction history (processed securely through third-party payment processors)
- Communications: Messages, comments, feedback, support requests, and any other content you submit through the Application
- Identity Verification: Government-issued ID, proof of address, or other verification documents when required
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent on pages, navigation paths, button clicks, search queries, session duration, frequency of use
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, device identifiers (IDFA, Android ID), screen resolution, language settings, time zone
- Location Data: Precise GPS location (with your permission), IP address-based location, city and country derived from IP address

6.1 Sports Participation Data - PERMANENT RETENTION
By participating in sports activities through our Application, you acknowledge and irrevocably consent to the permanent retention of your sports participation records. This data is retained indefinitely to:

- Provide reliable historical data to all participants
- Ensure fair play and prevent manipulation of records
- Preserve community sports history and achievements
- Support accurate rating and ranking systems
- Enable long-term performance tracking and analysis
Permanently retained sports data includes:
- Match results, scores, and outcomes
- Tournament participation and results
- League and ladder rankings, positions, and movement history
- Challenge history (sent, received, accepted, declined)
- Performance statistics and ratings (NTRP, ELO, RaliDex)
- Display names used during sports participation
- Team memberships and affiliations
- Win/loss records and streaks
- Dates and times of participation
6.2 Personal Identifiable Information
While sports participation records are retained permanently, you maintain certain rights over your personal identifiable information:
- Deletable Information: Email address, phone number, profile photo, personal descriptions, real name (if different from display name), location data, device information
- Retention Period: Personal data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years after account deletion for legal and accounting purposes, unless you request earlier deletion
- Anonymization: Upon account deletion, your personal identifiable information may be anonymized while sports records remain linked to your anonymized display name
6.3 Other Data
- Communications: Retained for 3 years or as required for dispute resolution
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Usage Logs: Retained for 2 years for analytics and security purposes
- Backup Data: Retained for 90 days in encrypted backups
